If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at Info@LightworkbyLeslie.com. Please include the reason for return. Items must be returned within 72 hours, providing shipment notice and tracking information, in the condition in which the item was received. All items are fully inspected prior to shipping and the greatest of care is taken in making sure your items will not be damaged in transit. Upon receipt you will receive a full refund for the price of the product(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping and intial shipping.

Items are shipped weekly on Wednesdays. Tracking info and shipping notification are then issued. Clients are responsible for shipping fees, however, an estimate may be provided prior to shipping and any balance over may be covered by LBL, LLC, if agreed upon in advance.
